Visitation

As part of a divorce, paternity, or modification proceeding in Texas, a district court will decide when each parent has a superior right to possess your child or children.  The Texas Family Code sets out a "Standard Possession Order," detailing a visitation schedule the court must follow, absent a finding that it would not be in the best interests of the children to follow the standard order.

Note that our Firm can help you, depending on your particular fact situation, to modify the child visitation schedule.  The Law Offices of L. David Levinson, P.C., can file with the local Texas district court a motion requesting that the visitation schedule be expanded or limited depending on your facts.  Our Firm has over twenty-five years of legal experience in dealing with both initial child visitation determinations and later changes which may occur.

The Law Offices of L. David Levinson represents clients located all over the world who have family living in and around San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, who have child visitation issues.  Our Firm is committed to represent you and your unique needs in order to obtain the best possible result for you.
